5.1. Travel insurance (covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, etc.) is strongly recommended.
5.2. The agency is not responsible for any uninsured losses.
6. Liability & Responsibility

6.2. The agency is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses during the trip.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The agency is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, etc.).
7.2. No refunds will be issued for such events, but future travel credits may be offered where possible.
8. Complaints & Disputes
